Why we started, and where we're going

The spark
SAJ Learning began in a two-room coaching center in Pune, where our founder watched capable students drop out of JEE preparation — not for lack of ability, but because a single doubt-clearing session cost more than their family could spare that month.
The struggle
We built our first live-class prototype on borrowed laptops and a shaky internet connection, tested it with 40 students, and lost half our founding instructors within the year. What stayed was proof the model worked when the doubts got answered fast.
The breakthrough
We crossed 10,000 students and watched our first learner turn a free mock-test habit into an AIIMS admission letter. That was the moment the mission stopped being a slogan and became something we could point to.
