Last updated July 1, 2026SAJ Learning is committed to providing a Platform that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort, not a one-time project, and is considered at every stage of design and development.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.
Across the Platform, you can expect:
Despite our efforts, some parts of the Platform — such as embedded third-party video players used in live classes, or older course content uploaded before our current accessibility standards were adopted — may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working through these gaps and prioritize fixes based on learner impact.
We test key user journeys with current versions of common screen readers and browsers. If you use assistive technology and encounter a barrier, please let us know the technology and browser combination so we can reproduce and prioritize the issue.
