These terms govern your access to and use of the SAJ Learning platform. Please read them carefully.
Last updated July 1, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SAJ Learning governing your access to and use of the Platform. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf, or that you are enrolled through a participating school or institution.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
When you enroll in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial, educational use. Unless a course explicitly states otherwise, access does not include the right to download, redistribute, publicly perform, or resell course materials.
Some courses include lifetime access; others are time-bound (for example, live cohorts). Access terms are stated on the individual course page prior to enrollment.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time; changes will not affect enrollments already completed. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
All course content, branding, software, and platform design are owned by SAJ Learning or our instructors and licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.
Live classes are scheduled at specific times and are subject to seat availability. Recordings, where provided, are made available for a limited period unless stated otherwise. Internship and placement-assistance programs connect learners with partner companies but do not guarantee an offer of employment; final hiring decisions rest solely with the partner company.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform. You may close your account at any time from your account settings; certain obligations (such as payment for services already rendered) survive termination.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAJ Learning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including reliance on course content for professional or academic outcomes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
