About the Role
As SAJ Learning's cohort sizes grow, this role is responsible for making sure the systems underneath — content delivery, progress tracking, assessments — scale without breaking. You'll have real ownership over schema design and service boundaries, not just ticket-clearing.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain REST APIs powering the core learning platform
- Own database schema design and query performance
- Participate in an on-call rotation with a small, senior team
- Mentor junior engineers through code review
