About the Role

Every course on the platform starts as a decision this role makes: what order concepts should appear in, how much practice belongs between them, and how a learner knows they're ready to move on. You'll partner with subject matter experts and teachers to turn subject knowledge into a learning path that actually works for a self-paced or live-cohort learner.

Responsibilities

  • Design course outlines, learning objectives, and assessment structures
  • Translate subject matter expert input into structured lesson sequences
  • Review learner performance data to identify and fix weak points in a course
